Once you're accepted, we spend the first week in a deep onboarding process: learning your voice, your boundaries, your fan dynamics, and your goals. Active management typically begins within 7 to 10 days.

We currently manage creators on OnlyFans, Fanvue, Fansly, and Loyalfans.

This covers your dedicated chatter team, ongoing training, quality oversight, and performance monitoring. No setup fees and no hidden costs.

Exit terms are outlined clearly in your Creator Management Agreement before you sign anything. Transparency is non-negotiable for us.

We work with creators at different stages, but we're most effective when there's an existing fanbase to engage and grow. If you are unsure whether you are ready, apply anyway. We will tell you honestly.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Portal (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (portalbyav.com) and any services we provide, including elite chatting, fan engagement management, strategy consulting, and related offerings.
By accessing our website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Portal is a selective creator management sanctuary. Our core service is elite chatting and fan engagement, where we assign dedicated professional chatters who mirror your unique voice. We also offer optional social growth strategy and content elevation consulting.
We work with a very limited number of creators to maintain high standards of quality and personalization.

3. Eligibility & Applications

Applications are reviewed personally. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation.

4. Creator Management Agreement

All services are governed by a separate Creator Management Agreement. That agreement prevails in case of any conflict with these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content and accounts. You grant us a limited license to access and manage your accounts solely for providing the agreed services.

6. Fees & Payment

6.1 Core Service – Elite Chatting & Fan Engagement
Our flagship service is charged at 30% of the Creator’s net earnings on selected platform (Onlyfans, Fanvue, Loyalfans, Fansly - after the platform's fees, but before any taxes).
Earnings are calculated bi-weekly based on official platform payout reports. Portal will issue an invoice for its share, which is due within 7 days.6.2 Additional Services
Optional add-on services are charged at a fixed monthly fee, independent of earnings:
Social Growth & Strategy: $350 per month
Content Elevation & Consulting: $60 per hour
Exact pricing and scope of work will be agreed upon in the individual Creator Management Agreement.6.3 Payment Terms
All payments must be made in USD via bank transfer (SEPA), WISE or PayPal.
Late payments may incur interest and may result in suspension of services.
The Creator is responsible for all taxes applicable to their earnings.
Portal will provide a monthly breakdown of earnings and fees.
6.4 Fee Changes
Any changes to fees will be communicated in advance and will only apply to new billing periods or upon mutual agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms in the Creator Management Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Portal is registered.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the country of registration.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms in the future. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
